Hair Included Hair is included in natural colors 1b 2 4 27 & 30 only for knotless and knotless boho and faux locs services. Clients booking any other service are responsible for bringing their own hair. I recommend X-Pression pre-stretched braiding hair. If you would like a custom color that is not available, you may order hair through my wholesale hair supplier yg wigs. Please contact me ahead of time so your hair can be ordered before your appointment. Custom Color takes 2-3 business days. Appointment Preparation Hair-washing services are not included with your appointment unless added for an additional charge. Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, completely free of oils and products, and thoroughly blow-dried. If you need a wash service, please add it when booking or contact me before your appointment. Appointments and Timing Please arrive on time and make sure you confirm your appointment. Appointment times are estimates based on the style and service being provided. Occasionally, an appointment may run longer than expected, which could cause the next appointment to be pushed back. Please avoid scheduling anything immediately after your appointment so you do not feel rushed and to prevent any confusion or inconvenience. Style Confirmation Please send a clear inspiration photo of the hairstyle you would like when booking. This allows me to confirm the style, pricing, hair requirements, and estimated appointment time before your appointment. Concerns After Your Appointment You have 24 hours after your completed appointment to contact me about any concerns regarding your hair. Please include clear photos showing the issue. After the 24-hour period, there will be no exceptions. Locations Appointments are available in Vallejo and Daly City. Daly City appointments are mainly offered on weekends. If you prefer the Daly City location, please contact me and let me know when booking. You are also welcome to inquire during the week about upcoming Daly City availability.Business Hours
